No tickets can be refunded or exchanged
This event is fully licensed and paramedics and fully certified security teams will be working throughout the event
Photo ID is required by all customers this can be one of the following:

As mentioned this event is for those 16 & over, however if you are aged 20 or over must be accompanying a younger attendee / friend. / family member This is to ensure we have a safe environment.
The team reserves the right to deny entry to anyone deemed unfit to attend the event.

Those that turn up intoxicated or similar will be denied entry, anyone found in possession of drugs will be denied entry.
